L’Etat comorien s’implique pour sauver la compagnie aérienne AB Aviation
La crise entre AB Aviation et l’agence nationale de l’aviation civile touche à sa fin.
C’est le message que le vice-président en charge des transports a adressé hier lors d’une conférence de presse entouré de représentants de toutes les institutions concernées. L’objet de la rencontre était la remise officielle d’un chèque de 40 000 euros, premier acompte du règlement des dettes du transporteur destiné à lever la suspension de vol d’AB Aviation.
L’absence du directeur général de l’Aviation civile à la table du vice-président hier a été un message fort mais pas partagé par toute l’institution à linstar de Yahaya Ahmed, directeur général adjoint de l’ANACM.
« L’Etat a décidé, le vice-président s’est exprimé. Bien sûr l’ANACM fait partie des sociétés d’Etat. Nous sommes obligés de respecter la signature du vice-président en charge des transports. Il n’y a pas de discussion là-dessus. »
Après les députés et les notables, cette fois c’est l’Etat qui s’implique fermement pour sauver la compagnie aérienne. Il n’y a aucune autre alternative, selon Saïd Abdallah Sarouma, le vice-président en charge des transports.
« Quand je parle, je parle au nom de l’Etat. Et je vois mal là où il peut y avoir une faille. S’il y a une faille quelque part, c’est l’Etat qui a failli. Donc le protocole -et je ne veux plus le répéter- doit être appliqué dès maintenant. Dès que j’ai reçu le chèque, en présence du cabinet du président, je suppose que l’application du protocole est en vigueur et ça doit avancer. »
